NOTES:

  1. The selected Google Cloud Service must be enabled and subscribed by the customer for the managed service to apply
  2. All services come with a default set of health check, threshold alerts and uptime check metrics. The customer can choose to modify these upon placing a Service Request
  3. All plans come standard with 8x5 Business Hours Support
  4. 24x7x365 Support is an optional upgrade for each service
  5. SMS notifications for any alerts are optional upgrades for each service, email notifications are included
  6. Incident, Service Request and Change Management are processes facilitated through Zendesk
